However, if you can send in the essential accessories that came with your item (i.e. the charger and battery), this will ensure you receive the maximum price quoted for your trade-in. Non-essential accessories will not increase the trade-in value (i.e earbuds, manuals, CD, etc).

We suggest you try to recycle whatever materials you have at your disposal. You could use the device's original box or any other sturdy box you find around the house. Crumpled up old newspapers work great for packing the empty spaces in the the box.
back to topThe time that delivery takes via UPS is out of our control, but usually is only a few days. Once we receive an item, we turn it around as quickly as possible, and update you as to our progress. We notify you once we’ve inspected your item and payment is on the way. Please allow a few days for payment to arrive after you receive the confirmation email.

back to topYou should carefully package your item to ensure that it is not damaged in transit. Use old newspapers, bubble wrap, or other environmentally-friendly packaging material to cushion your item. YouRenew is not responsible for shipping damage that may occur in transit.
back to topYou can attach the label to the package with clear tape. Make sure that the shipping address, bar codes, and other information on the label are visible through the tape!
back to topWe offer FREE shipping for devices with value within the United States through our partnership with UPS. You are welcome to use any other shipping carrier at your own expense. YouRenew does not pay for shipments sent within the continental United States by any other shipping company.

While it is possible that we will not be able to process your device, it is more likely the case that we have simply not been able to enter it into our database.
